I've visited this really beautifull place in 2012 simply passing by without knowing it before, during lunchtime on a banal weekday. The receptión was prompt and exceptionnaly warm and heartly. The person who plucked me entering the place, resulted to be the owner, he showed me then not only the whole installation, demonstrating han immense passión and dedicatión as host, but made me visit the kitchen too and introduced me to the chef. I had then the ocasión to talk to the young spanish cook, who demonstrated not only a similarly deep passión as his boss for the local kitchen and products, but also deep professional skill and real and honest interest in my opinión as foreign guest. I remember that every aspect of the whole place and particularly the kitchen were fresh and clean under every view. I had a degustatión menú then, which perfectly satisfied my expectations, those had even grown after knowing the ambituos and honest attitude of the chef. The service was decent and defintively perfect and i've paid then a honestly modest, reasonable and fair price. Today i've revisited the place in the internet, simply by late curiousity and in remembrance of a good time i've passed at this beautifull site on han otherwise banal day. By consequence, i've been sincerely aggravated by the strange and openly mean comments earlier on this blog. No! - i've lived my visit particularly well, thought of it several times since and still feel enriched by the experience.
