We enjoyed a fantastic sunday lunch sat on the terrace in late july, around 35c outside but surprisingly cool in the shade. The food was good local produce, all freshly cooked including steak on the barbecue which we chose. The local red wine was also good, tasting more like port! There was a really great relaxed family atmosphere, just what you would expect in a small spanish restaurant in the country. This is not a tourist restaurant (we were the only english people there) so it helps to know a little spanish but the staff were so friendly and helpful it was easy to get by. A lovely meal was rounded off by free shots of liqueur, what more could you want. Total cost was approx €65 for three of us for 3 courses with wine, water and bread. Definitely recommended!
