In general a very pleasant meal; classic dishes in name, but beautifully prepared. The idea of smaller or larger portions is good, because not everyone can eat such large amounts if they wish to sample different dishes; however, the half portión of escalopines was poor because one and a half rolls looks like leftover food, barely occupying a third of the plate and served with a virtually non-existent potato puree (a little bit of insipid sauce would better define it). Classic rice pudding was excellent, as was, i am told, the chocolate ingot. The prices are reasonable, though the desserts are on the expensive side. I would prefer to be offered and thus able to choose or refuse the water, since it was something we did not really want and yet had to pay for. All that said, it was a great meal.
